About Us

The Cheng Saephan Foundation is a philanthropic organization founded by Cheng Saephan, a former aerospace worker and immigrant from Laos. After overcoming personal challenges, including his battle with cancer, Cheng experienced a life-changing moment when he won a $1.3 billion Powerball jackpot.

This newfound wealth inspired him to create the foundation, dedicated to improving the lives of others — particularly those affected by cancer.
